MyKriptografi Action Plan 2026–2030

The National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA) has developed the MyKriptografi Action Plan 2026–2030 to operationalise the National Cryptography Policy (MyKriptografi) into a structured and measurable implementation roadmap.

The Action Plan translates the strategic aspirations of MyKriptografi into coordinated programmes and activities that will strengthen Malaysia's national cryptography ecosystem. It provides clear priorities, implementation mechanisms and measurable outcomes to ensure that the policy delivers tangible impact across the Government, National Critical Information Infrastructure (NCII), industry, academia and the wider digital economy.

Built upon four (4) core pillars, the MyKriptografi Action Plan 2026-2030 encompasses 12 strategies, 33 programmes and 82 activities, focusing on strengthening cryptographic governance, developing national expertise, accelerating the adoption and utilisation of trusted cryptographic technologies and enhancing research, development, commercialisation and innovation (RDCI) to prepare Malaysia for emerging cybersecurity challenges, including the quantum computing era.

Four (4) Core Pillars

Pillar 1 – Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity, and non-repudiation of data and information of the Government, NCII entities, and individuals

Pillar 2 – Developing organisational and human capital capacity and capability in the field of cryptographic technology

Pillar 3 – Increasing the utilisation of National Trusted Cryptographic Products (PKTN) among NCII entities and the industry

Pillar 4 – Empowering the sustainability of national cybersecurity through the strengthening of Research, Development, Commercialisation, and Innovation (RDCI) in the field of cryptographic technology
